Francis is getting ready to till out the expansion.
The garden started out as just that…a garden….then it grew into 1/2 acre of yumminess…and now it’s on it’s way to becoming a total of 1.5 acres.
It’s a tough job, but somebody’s gotta do it!

Here are some of the veggies we are growing. Cabbage, onions and leeks, radishes and lettuce. Everything is grown authentically and organically.
We have been very busy cutting and harvesting delicious mixed lettuce and baby spinach. Our garden produced much more than we had expected!! We have been selling to Bisbee Co-op and Rodeo Natural Market as well as to some local friends. If the rest of the garden produces this well we will have to find a way to start selling to more people.
